how to register your child for art camp:

  1. Fill out our online form (to your left) OR print out a downloadable PDF sign-up form
  2. Select the program for which you’d like to register.
  3. Click submit.
  4. A confirmation page will appear acknowledging that you've reserved a spot for your child.
  5. Download the required release of liability form. Print and sign the form. A signed hard copy of the form must be received by mail prior to your child attending Art Camp.
  6. Mail the release of liability form to:

  7. Make your payment using PayPal or mail a check (made out to Christine Brenneman's Art Camp) to the address above.
